Movie was not copied to iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod...?
I dowloaded Quantum of Solace in m4v format to put on my ipod, yet now it won't let me. I downloaded Mamma Mia in exactly the same format with near identical spec a few days ago and it went on fine. I have the old 60Gb video. But now It won't let me put videos on. I know it's not a video problem because I've borrowed my brother's nano and they go on there. Why does itunes think that my ipod can't play them? Is there anything I can do to rectify the situation??
Laanah - I downloaded the video in m4v format; you can put anything on ipod providing it's in the right format.
I have 14Gb free so don't think that's it.
It's not just format, the files attributes need to be certain specifications, for example, resolution, bitrate, aspect ratio, size audio codec and so on, try using a conversion programe designed specifically for your Ipod.
