2nd Generation Ipod Nano Accessories

I just bought a 2nd generation 2GB ipod nano today. Should I return it and get the 3rd generation ipod nano?
I opened the package and used the ipod for an entire day before I realized there would be a new model available. If I return it, the macdepot will charge me 15%. Part of me wants to return it to get the extra 2GB of memory, but the other part doesn't want to eat 15% and buy all new accessories for the new nano. What do you think?

hmmm....toughy! But me personally I would get the new one because it is possible they will eventually stop making the 2nd generation nano like they did the ipod mini. But the only difference is the 3rd gen can play vids and the 2nd cannot. If you just wanted one for the music then keep the one you just bought or get a refurbed nano from apple's website with more GB for way cheap...just a thought.

2nd Generation Ipod Nano Accessories
The new Apple iPod Nano V3 is a mid-range iPod portable media player introduced by Apple Inc., September 7, 2005. It comes with combined features of both iPod shuffle and iPod classic. Come primarily designed to replace the iPod mini, iPod has interesting features and characteristics which are really beautiful and breathtaking. It took about nine months for Apple to complete design of the nano v3. Apple iPod nano V3 comes with flash memory, but has a miniature version of the color screen and click wheel that existed on the iPod classic. Battery and other internal parts are also much smaller than the mini.
IPod nano V3 works with iTunes on Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows. He is able to connect through the same proprietary dock connector as the third generation iPod, the fourth-generation iPod and iPod mini, with the help of a USB 2.0 port on your computer. Although it uses the same connection as Apple's iPod FireWire cable and can also recharge the battery over FireWire, the iPod nano does not support syncing via FireWire. Nano V3 interesting features, including including a stopwatch and a multiple time zone clock function. It also has a combination lock feature that makes use of the click wheel to lock the iPod, and used to secure user calendar and contact information. It is also the first iPod that includes a new text display can be changed using iTunes.
Apple iPod nano V3 does not synchronize or connected via FireWire. It comes with a size of 1.6 inches (40 mm) wide, 3.5 inches (90 mm) long, 0.27 inches (6.9 millimeters) thick and weighing1.5 ounce (42 grams) makes it too small and comfortable to hold. This model has a battery range of up to 14 hours.
